About our founder
Rob Long is the founder of Skald Advisory. As Workable’s first sales hire and eventual CRO, he helped grow the company from 10 people to over 300, reaching $50M+ ARR across global markets.
Rob has also led Sales, Product Strategy, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and HR. His strength lies in solving messy growth problems with structured thinking and hands-on action.
